Stylish hotel, we loved the efficient staff and airy room. Its location within walking distance of The Spa Scarborough was incredible and brilliant. The bed was large and there were central heating, a work desk and a multi-channel television.

The outside looks lovely. The inside is a big dissapointment!!
Outdated, small room, tiny bed, needs a total re-vamp, the staff were less than welcoming upon arrival, I was not advised about breakfast or fascilities and I could not wait to leave!! I sincerely wish the premier inn across the road had had a room available instead. I have stayed there before and found it far far more accomodating and modern.

LOcation, good facilities downstairs in lounge, dining room and bar areas
The room was excessively hot, airless and stuffy. Even with the windows fully open and outside temperatures between 10-16C.
